Which version of Excel do I need?
Microsoft 365 (Windows or Mac) is ideal. Power Query works on both; Power Pivot data models need Excel for Windows.
Can you work with QuickBooks, Xero or CRM exports?
Yes. Exports from accounting software, CRMs, e-commerce platforms and bank statements are the most common sources we automate.
How do you keep my data safe?
You share files through your own OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. We sign an NDA on request and can work on anonymized data.
How fast can you deliver?
Quick fixes usually take 2-3 business days. Reports and dashboards take 1-2 weeks, depending on the data.
How do I pay?
We issue an invoice in USD. You pay by bank transfer after delivery for small projects, or 50 percent upfront for larger ones.
